Our Food

Food is sacred. All religions have had their recommendations and prohibitions. The Guard is not a cult, but we take our food very seriously, from seed to plate.

Our  head chef, Kazuya Miyashita is a passionate chef of Japaese origin, a slave to himself and his desire to create the perfect meal. He is blind to the effort it takes to approach his vision. The results are surprising and comforting at once. We the people of the Aube are lucky to experience this cuisine even if for a brief time.

At the Garde, this starts by cultivating our produce or sourcing locally the best possible ingredients. It is a passionate enterprise.

Our unique menus change every day. We reduce choice to increase quality.

Lunch: Thursday, Friday, Monday, 35 euros, three course fixed menu. Saturday and Sunday lunch, five course, 48 euros
Dinner: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Eight dishes more or less, menu 70 euros.
